| CSR FT (Chester) Tracking Code 2010644 Job Description Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Performs a variety of duties to assist customers on banking floor and to promote and sell bank products and services. * Opens new accounts, i.e. checking, savings, certificate of deposit and IRAs. * Inputs new account and CIF information on platform terminal. * Sells bonds and travelers checks. * Responds to customer inquiries and requests relating to existing accounts. * Discusses/sells consumer loan products to existing and prospective customers. * Responsible for achieving individual sales, referral and service quality goals. Required Skills * Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English. * Ability to write simple correspondence. * Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. * Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. * Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. * Basic personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. * Handle multiple tasks simultaneously Required Experience * High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred. * Minimum of one year retail customer service experience required. * Banking experience preferred.
